Welcome to My Blog On All Things Writers Life and The Writing Craft!

My name is Jade (yes, I'm being egocentric naming my blog The J Word, nothing else seemed to jump at me, for now at least). Anyway, now that introductions are over, we can get to what my new blog will be about. I feel like with my expertise in the industry, personal development, and having self-published a few novels of my own, I should share what I learnt along the way. This will range from posts on marketing strategy, honing your craft, the life of a writer, advice for writers, and tips and tricks of self-editing.

There is no limit to progression within this industry, and it is important to note that not everyone's process is the same. My future blog posts will be informative, perhaps from a different perspective giving you something to think about, but most of all just a safe space.
